I am proud to present to you, one of the best talents of this local music scene. I always enjoy listening to Dee Brenner. I had the privilege many times to see her band, Dee's Rae of Hope. They have played many places throughout Pennsylvania and New York State, playing their own righteous style of The Blues. Dee also can be heard playing Gospel and Folk in her solo acoustic act.
Dee has covered a lot of ground since her first band in the sixties. She has done a lot of different styles, but she is at her best when she is belting out The Blues. The neat thing is that she sounds so much like Janis Joplin!
You definitely have to take the time to listen to Dee. After all, she
was good enough to jam with Blues great Coco Taylor....need I say more?
